Back to School 2021
Back to School is the busiest season for Above Ground Art Supplies. Their flagship store is located right next to OCAD University, Canada’s largest Art & Design School. When the main clientèle is artists and designers, it is crucial to create visuals that create impact. I playfully let the art materials shine in this campaign.

Biggest Clearance Event Ever
Above Ground’s Annual Tent Event is a well-loved and anticipated sale for artists in the GTA. Because of the disease-that-shall-not-be-named, the event could not happen until recently in 2022. With so much inventory gathered in the last 3 years, the event was re-branded as the BIGGEST Clearance Event Ever.

Youtube Collaboration with Emily Hughes
Emily Hughes @emhuesart is an up-and-coming artist who recently graduated from OCAD University. When I first approached her for a collaboration, she had 1k subscribers on youtube and today she has over 10k. Her Above Ground Art Haul video below is her best performing video at this time.
Above Ground’s Flagship Store is located within a renovated 1881 Heritage Building. The store has a total of 8,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of retail space spread over 3 floors. With such a unique location, we had to film footage of the store and its location to include in her art haul video.

Instagram Giveaway Collaborations with Shanna Van Maurik
Shanna Van Maurik @nogobed is a well-established artist based in Toronto. Being an OCAD U alumni, she is a frequent customer of Above Ground Art Supplies.
Curated Giveaway
We partnered to created a giveaway that Art Dreams are made of. The package was curated by Shanna herself and included all her favourite must-have supplies.
New Turner Sets Giveaway
Turner is a popular Japanese paint manufacturer based in Osaka. Above Ground is their exclusive Canadian retailer. Collaborating with Shanna Van Maurik to promote their new sets came naturally. It is a brand she uses frequently in her practice and our first collaboration was so successful.

The AG studio was launched and created to provide information about the materials Above Ground carries. My goal was to inspire customers to try new things and explore new mediums along with us.
